Transparent pricing for serious learning

Choose a format that matches the decisions you are facing.

Every option follows the same twelve-week structure. The difference is in group size, level of personalised support and how deeply we work with your internal team and context.

Prices are shown as ranges because each cohort is confirmed individually and may include specific customisations. All amounts are expressed in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.

Investment and return in context

Leaders usually join the academy when choices around growth, risk or ownership are on the table. The real “price” is not only the fee, but the quality of the decisions you will make over the coming years.

The program is an educational investment. It does not guarantee specific financial results or outcomes.

Three main formats, one underlying philosophy.

All formats share the same foundation: a twelve-week journey that helps you read profit, cash and risk as one coherent story. The choice is about how closely we work with you and your team.

If you are unsure which format fits, a short call is often enough to clarify the level of support and confidentiality that your situation requires.

What is included in every format.

Whether you join a cohort, an executive circle or a leadership team program, a few elements remain constant. These are the fundamentals that make the learning practical rather than theoretical.

Structured learning path

Twelve interconnected labs that build from reading basic patterns to linking numbers with strategy and risk.

Practical worksheets

Short exercises that invite you to work with simplified versions of your own financial reality.

Facilitated discussions

Space to ask questions, test interpretations and hear how other leaders read similar patterns.

Confidentiality commitment

A shared expectation that real examples and stories remain within the group. Details in our Disclaimer.

A note on pricing and approvals

Many leaders join with budget approved by a board, investor or HR function. If you need to prepare a short internal note explaining the educational value and structure, we can share a concise summary for decision-makers.

The program is not a consulting, audit or investment service. It complements your existing advisors and internal finance function rather than replacing them.

Leadership team reviewing program budget and pricing

Questions about fees, invoicing or logistics.

Practicalities matter. This section covers the questions we hear most often from finance teams, HR and leaders preparing approvals for the program.

How are fees invoiced and when are they due?
For individual participants, fees are usually invoiced after confirmation of a place and payable before the program start date. Leadership team programs follow an agreed schedule that may include a deposit and a balance invoice linked to specific milestones.
Are travel or accommodation costs included?
Standard cohorts and executive circles are delivered online, so no travel is required. If a leadership team program includes in-person modules, travel and accommodation arrangements are discussed separately and are not included in the base program fee.
Can the program be treated as a training expense?
In most organisations the academy is treated as a professional development or training expense. The final classification, however, depends on your internal accounting rules and local regulations. Your finance team or accountant can advise on the appropriate treatment.
What is your policy on cancellations or changes?
Because cohorts are intentionally small, late cancellations can impact the group. The exact conditions are described in the Terms of Use and in the proposal you receive. In general we aim to be reasonable, while also protecting the structure of the program and other participants.

For the legal and educational boundaries of the program, please also refer to the Disclaimer and Terms of Use.
