Usual office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET, excluding Italian public holidays.
We aim to respond within two working days. During cohort launch periods it may take slightly longer.

The academy is based in the heart of Milan. Most work is delivered online, but some organisations choose to combine the twelve-week journey with in-person sessions for their leadership team.

The office is within easy reach of central railway connections and major business districts.
Online sessions are designed for leaders joining from across Italy and other European time zones.
The working language of the academy is English, with examples grounded in Italian and European businesses.
